this book is about a boy who got hit with a firework and he is blind now i think this is sad because now he has to have a gard dog or a cane. It is a really sad book and it is just the beg.
i am on chapter 3 and i love it he has to have a lot of help because he is blind. i still dont know what he is using a guide dog or a cane but a therapist is helping out Jimmy[A.K.A THE BOY WHO IS BLIND NOW]get around the house and to place,eating and he learns to read braille. he is trying really hard to learn how to read an ddo stuff but it is very hard. i feel sorry for him now because he cant do all the things the other kids can do but i think he is going to be really good at all kinds of thing even if he is blind
i am only on chapter 1 and sofar it is about jimmy and his teamates playing baseball and i think it is going to be about a kid named jimmy who is blind but so far i think it is going to be about a kid named jimmy who got into a firecracker accident and now he is relearning how to eat get dressed and all sort of things like that and now with all the help he can get by a theripist and a dog and a cane and stuff like that and i think that it is said but i think that myke would like maybe just the starting of the book.

jimmy has to remeber everthing about his house and at school. His teacher just gave him a mini lesson on being blind isn't so bad after all.He could do all most evething everyf body else can do it i s like he is a normal kid.she is going to bring him a white cane tomorrow. the way she is telling him is by using thing he enjiys to do like she used the t.v antenna as a feeler thats are his hands and the clock so he could remeber every thing like the 12.00 is just up of you if you are in the middle and 6.00 is right below you. So now he thinks of hemself all of those things and doesnt feel bad that he is blind. HE IS GETTING A GUIDE DOG! he worries that he will not beable to work as far as he is not be able to do every thing that the other kids can do.
